With our hosted switchboard solution you can have most of the benefits of YTEL office server without the capital expense.   Instead you can rent space - securely and privately - on a shared telephone server which we host.  You connect to this “virtual switchboard” with VoIP telephones - which can be anywhere in the world - via a broadband internet connection at each location.

You can call internal extensions, transfer calls, divert calls, use voicemail, set up conference calls and connect to the public telephone network. You can keep your existing phone numbers and incoming calls to those numbers are routed through the virtual switchboard to the telephones in your office or in your employees' homes..

You can take your phones anywhere there is an internet connection and they will always be connected to your virtual switchboard as if you were in your office.

You just pay us for the calls you make and pay a fixed monthly service charge of  £7 + VAT per extension.   There is no minimum contract and no there are no cancellation charges.

When you outgrow the hosted solution you can easily upgrade to one of our installed YTEL servers and keep your phones and phone numbers.

The hosted switchboard is ideal in "virtual office" situations where unlimited numbers of team members work from home or other remote sites.
