We install and support complete IT infrastructure solutions from a single PC up to a complete business network.   We do everything from cabling through to server installation & configuration and we will train your system users.

We are a team, not a one-man band, so we can provide a reliable fast-response support service to help you keep your systems running efficiently and productively.

We can tailor a support package to suit your preferences.  You can just pay-per-call at a flat hourly rate.  You can pre-pay for an agreed number of supprt-hours at a disount or yiou can have a fully comprehensive monitoring, maintenance and support package for a fixed monthly fee.

Home Computer Repairs and Support

Currently only available to customers in the PO and SO post-code areas of Hampshire but we are planing to roll-out out our simple fixed-price home PC care services throught the South of England over the coming months.

We carry out most common computer repairs and upgrades for a fixed labour charge of £40 (including VAT) plus parts at trade prices.   Just bring your computer to one of our convenient local collection points.  If you prefer we will collect the computer from your home or office and return it when it's ready for an additional £10,

If you need help at home to solve a problem we have standard call-out charge of £45 which includes the first full hour of an engineer's time.  Additional time is charged at £18 per half-hour. You pay nothing if we can't fix the problem.
